Accommodations
We offer for your enjoyment our two bedroom/two bath Villa, the unit can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The Villa buildings are one level, our Villa is in a building with two other Villas.

The Villa is equipped with:

• master bedroom with King size bed
• guest bedroom with one Queen size and one twin bed
• two full bathrooms
• living room (queen size sofabed, love seat and chair)
• dining room equipped with table and six chairs
• full kitchen including self-clean oven, dishwasher & microwave
• linens and towels provided
• full-size washer and dryer
• 2 color cable TV, DVD and VCR

• Reservation / security deposit of $200 is required when booking.
• This deposit is not applied to the rent, but it is returned to you within 15 days of departure providing there is NO damage to the unit and the keys and security tags are returned to the office.

• ANY cancellation MUST be in writing and received 30 days prior to arrival on stays of less than a month, 90 days prior to arrival on stays of more than one month. Full refund is made.
• Cancellation of any reservation made less than 30 days before arrival will result in no refund unless the unit is re-rented for that same time period.

• Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. on arrival date. Closing times for the office vary. We advise you to call the 800 number you will be provided with on the confirmation notice to arrange for late arrival procedures.
• Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. on your date of departure.

• PETS are not permitted!
• Units are rented only to individuals aged 21 and over.
• Phones are provided in the units. Local calls are free, use of a credit card is required for all long distance calls.
• We have taken much care to completely furnish and equip our units for your comfort and enjoyment. In return, we ask that you treat our unit as you would want any guest in your home to treat your home and belongings.
• All furniture and equipment have been inventoried and must remain in unit.
• We ask that you NOT SMOKE in our units.
• Report any problems to the office as soon as possible.
