Kim offers both reflexology and holistic counselling for the individual who would like one-on-one work for their healing journey.

Kim approaches healing in a holistic way, knowing that healing occurs in the mind, body and spirit simultaneously, regardless of the starting place. The benefit of seeking healing in a holistic approach is that consciously working on all levels brings about deep body awareness, develops intuition, and promotes the ceation of many tools to facilitate one’s own healing.

The premise behind Kim’s work is that the client has a deep awareness of his/her own need, but many times has become disconnected from this part of self. By healing and becoming more connected with this knowledgeable part of self, one can find their own personal power, heal past traumas, sort out life issues, gain confidence and self esteem, and live a balanced and harmonious life. Kim’s role in an individual’s healing is that of a guide, to bring awareness to the wisdom that each of us holds within ourselves, and to assist in bringing that wisdom to the surface. When we live in our power, we live in peace.

Fees

Subject to Change

Counselling	– $55 per 1 hour session - Kim will incorporate different modalities

Reflexology	– $45 per 1 hour session – This includes footbath, aromatherapy, and reflexology. There is an additional travel fee for reflexology treatments requested at an alternate location.
