Is the Creator Perfect?
A question came up on one of the spirtitual mailing lists --
one of the "timeless" ones. I expect this question has
been mulled over ever since humanity began to ponder. The
goodness of the question is that it presumes a creator - I favour
creation as performed by a creator. An alternative is hard for me
to imagine. In any event I posed the question to "Wave"
just out of curiosity. This is what came back.
Warrior: Wave, what is perfection?
Wave: Warrior, perfection is a state or condition which
was never, is not and cannot ever be - for ANYTHING!
Perfection, if it were possible - would be the most
dangerous thing conceivable. Whatever became perfect would be
finished and henceforth dead and useless. Perfection would be the
end of the line. No more dynamic existence, no more
possibilities, no more development, no more growth, no more
options, no more dreams, no more visions, no more anything.
Creation by design.
Warrior: Wave, was the Creator perfect?
Wave: Warrior, the ultimate creator understood this, for
itself and all that which was created thereafter. The test of
ultimate wisdom is ensuring the absolute certainty of
imperfection.
